NYSED Virtual Learning System - Full text of New York State's learning standards with their key ideas and performance indicators, as well as alternate performance indicators for students with severe disabilities. Kartoo- KartOO is a kid friendly metasearch engine with visual display interfaces. When you click on OK, KartOO launches the query to a set of search engines, gathers the results, compiles them and represents them in a series of interactive maps
Kids.quintura - a great search engine for kids
Marco Polo Search - Search for topics with grade level and subject area filters. Advanced searches can look for images, audio and video files.
Allth.at - Searches Google, Yahoo, Amazon, and eBay giving the top five results from each. You are able to add other search engines as well. Once a search has been made the results can be altered by removing specific terms that frequently appear or focusing on a term.
